Anyone knows how to reset the S-pin?
I took delivery yesterday, profile linked at the dealer and everything worked fine. Parked the car home and when I was ready to go again I was requested to input the 4 digit S-pin. I do not remember that I have even set that. Tried to reset the pin from the app but still nothing worked. Now profile is blocked because of 3 failed attempts.
Any easy fix for this or I have to delete my profile again and create a new one?
That for the help if anyone had this small issue.

I had the same problem. Tech support were helpful but their suggestions didn't match screens I had. In the end I had to delete my profile (on Cupra ID webpage) which I think I did in the app. Then create a new one, which needed a different email.
Meanwhile the corrupted profile was removed from the car by itself. I was then able to link new profile to car. This reset my ownership date in the app, but not an issue for me
I gave since disabled the S Pin in the car, so hopefully no more issues.
