Only had my Born for a few days, and so far the consumption has been more or less as I expected, but the other day I did a relatively short city drive, never going above 60kmh and a lot of start / stop driving and the consumption started around 25kWh/100km which is ridiculous. Towards the end I managed to bring it down to 20, but still way too much for city driving.
The only thing I can think of is that the climate control was heating the interior of the car initially. Does that really consume that much energy?
Excessive consumption in city drive.

25kWh/100km is not at all unusual for an EV for a bunch of short trips in the winter when there's battery heating and/or cabin heating involved, especially if you happen to not have a heat-pump. Mind you Lisbon isn't that cold right now...
Driving style has a big effect too. It takes a while to adjust to typical hypermiling techniques.
