Hi all, I’m new to this forum although have been viewing since last summer when I picked up my first Born.
Unfortunately after collecting realised it did not have Tec pack fitted that had been expected and paid for!
To cut a long story short initially agreed to get a retrofit but after four unsuccessful attempts and six months later, I finally got the dealer to exchange the car for another with the correct spec.
So have gone from white V2 to a blue one which did at least come with latest software, so a bit of a improvement but still not sure about colour

That's a good result! Usually VW group would just refund you for the lack of option.

I initially raised problem through Cupra/Seat UK customer support who liaised with the dealership
The dealership eventually agreed that a swop was the correct course of action, because of amount issues and time it had taken to try and resolve the problem.
