It feels as if Cupra isn’t set up properly yet. My dealer helped get me a plan but it was filling out a paper form, scanning and emailing. I got the 3yr on a monthly payment and they were posting a paper invoice for £7.75 every month, but have agreed to stop that now.
Also, bought some merchandise, though the dealer via email, credit card over the phone. Returned one item, took them 5 weeks to work out how to refund me, was via a bank transfer eventually. Amazon it wasn’t.
