Headlight condensation

Mine haven't done this but I wouldn't be happy. Over time the constant drying of the condensation is going to leave the inside of the lenses and lights themselves dirty with dried condensation (like a window).

Apparently some dealerships will claim it's normal to have some condensation - but that amount looks pretty suspect to me. If that happened to me I'd no doubt take it up with the dealership.

I had my passenger side headlight replaced about a year ago after a big build up of condensation, it had a little again this year but it cleared after a little while.

Anyway, I've just washed my car and noticed some patches of dirt inside the drivers side headlight, anyone had this?
V3 58kwh e-boost in Quasar gray.
