Can't login

Hi all,
Feels like I'm having a million and one problems with my born.
In attempt to remedy some of the problems with the infotainment I tried resetting it.
Now I cant log in to my user profile. I scanned the QR code through the myCupra app (the app is somehow fully operational but the car isn't?) but the only user profile is guest. I then tried manually entering my details a few times but still only the guest profile appears.
Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
