DIY Ambient lighting (light strip along the dashboard)

Hello,
The thing I find most disappointing about the interior of the Cupra Born is the ambient lighting. It is very limited compared to other Cupra models, or compared to the ID.3.
In particular, I don't understand why there is no ambient lighting strip present along the dashboard, especially since there is a space that lends itself well to it (located between the foamed plastic upper part on the passenger side, and Alcantara on the driver's side, which goes behind the instrument screen and under the center screen).
Has anyone tried to slide a fiber optic tube for ambient lighting?
If yes, which model? And plugged in USB in which way / where ?
