Hi all ,

not sure if my car is alone in this but I have noticed the Cupra Born has the laziest windscreen washers in any car I have owned since the late 1980's .
You pull the stalk and wait for about 2 seconds before any washer fluid arrives on the screen . If something some passes and splats stuff over your windscreen
it takes far too long to get a clear screen again .

Or is it just my car ???

When you pull the washer lever can you hear the pump working straight away. If you can it sounds as if the non return valve is not working and the fluid drains back into the reservoir and then needs to be pumped up through the pipes again.
