Hi recently bought a V3 CUPRA which I love. Thinking of getting a dash cam.

I’ve been told the thinkware q800pro is good but I am concerned how bulky it would be and what wires would be on show. Is it better to go for a fitcamx?? They look descreet how easy are they to fix? I don’t want to cause any issues

Any help thoughts greatly appreciated

Thanks

I have a Fitcamx installed in my V2 and it's great.. forget it's there most of the time as it looks OEM!

Took me ten minutes to install mine. Very easy and simple.
It took longer to connect to the app on my phone and play around with the settings.

I have had one of these since I got the Born in Dec.
I recently checked the footage, and it appears it does record all the time.
This has been mentioned by others before, and some say it shuts down a couple of minutes after locking.
It would be a point of concern for me due to battery drain, but as its been doing it for 4 months and in that time i have only traveled 600 miles, I guess its not that much of an issue, but something to be aware of none the less.
