Has anyone else experienced no heat??! Seat & steering wheel heating fine but air con this morning when it was 4 degrees outside was set at 26 and it was coming through FREEZING!

Any help would be appreciated, only had the car 2 weeks!

I'm hoping that you have this sorted by now as having no air conditioning in this cold weather would not be ideal.

My suggestion would be to check that the 'A/C' button is highlighted in the climate control menu otherwise the fans will blow out ambient temperature air.

Failing that my advice fixes your issue, I would contact the dealership that you purchased the car from and have them take a look at it.

My car is currently at a dealership having been there since Saturday 15th October, I hadn't even had the car for 3 weeks. It's awaiting a "PTC heater" but no idea when the part is due to arrive.

Not only did I have no heating, I also had another electric fault showing so I can't see the PTC heater being fixed making a difference with that fault but who knows.

This exact same thing has happened to me!! So annoying!
