Collected my new Born Tuesday. It came with the 18" wheels because that's the only one the dealer had for delivery. The Irish models pretty much have all the specs you'd want. The wheels, HUD and seats are all extras. Otherwise all the other spec comes as standard in Ireland.

After a lot of research I found these MAK Electra wheels in 20'' that are actually designed for the VW ID range and Tesla, so they are the exact same spec as the Cupra 20" factory wheels, just considerably less expensive.

Anyway just wanted to show how it turned out (possibly the first on aftermarket wheels) and it's just been ceramic coated 

IMO, those wheel look a bit better than the 20" Hurricane wheels that come as standard on UK "V3" spec.

Thanks a million! I looked at loads of options but I did think they suited it best without looking like aftermarket wheels if that makes sense

Those wheels look great. In my opinion much better than the V1, V2 and V3 wheels. Very nice!
