FAULT - External Lighting failure

I have just noticed i have a warning light, after lokkjng at the manual it is an “External light failure”.
From this i have noticed thag the “Auto” function of the lighting has disappeared and cannot be selected.
The lighting in general work fine, just the auto feature does not.
Trip to Cupra in Sunderland by the looks of it.
