Cupra app additional user

Hi, i am primary user & the app works fine for me, my wife is the additional user but can’t access anything in the app (setting air con is my main aim), does anyone else have this issue ?

Yes, had the same issue. Gave up using multiple profiles or users. We only use one in the car now and my wife logins in with my account on her app which then works just fine.
I hope they have an update for this or fix this in the future. But this is the way I do it for now.
