This is a picture of the inside of the boot lid. It looks like it is designed for something to slot in... Any ideas?

It's for the warning triangle.
I had one there in my old iD.3, but doeNt look like Cupra put one in.

Yeah, it definitely looks like they 'forgot' to put one in.
However, there are a lot of things you get as standard that VW 'forgot' to put on the iD.3... like alloys as standard... I think we got the better end of the bargain there!

You definitely don't get a triangle in the Born. I was surprised to get one with my ID3, never got one on multiple Golfs, Polos etc. You could always count on getting one with an Audi or a Skoda, but not generally on a VW or a Seat.

I have a waring triangle.
Whatβs up with VW/Cupra dealers in the UK?!
Seems a lot of you guys lack out on all sorts of things, triangles, app setup, floor mats and what have you. Why is that?

Hi,
Hi have a warning triangle also, but it didn't came on the boot lid. It came inside a bag with other stuff.
I've asked the dealer and he said to me that it's optional, I can put it on the boot lid or just have it inside the black bag.
P.S. in Portugal it is mandatory to have a warning triangle. They can't sell a car without it. Don't know about other countries.

I believe this is the difference. It was the same on my previous cars in that they had a space for a warning triangle because it was mandatory in most European countries. It is not so in the UK so the triangle is not supplied as standard. But I'm sure SEAT/Cupra will sell you one!
