Don’t know if anyone knows how to do this, but I can’t figure it out.

In my old car (SEAT Ateca, so same family) I could turn off the ignition, which would turn off the stereo, but then just press the stereo power button and leave the audio on. This was especially useful when nipping into somewhere quickly and leaving the kids in the (locked) car.

Is there any way to do this in the Born? Everything I’ve tried either goes off immediately, or after locking the car.

I belive I read in the manual that, as long as the key is in the car, you can switch the power back on with the button (engine on/off), haha) on the steering column. Useful if there are people in the backseat, for example. Might also work for keeping the music on?

That works… until you get out and lock the doors.
