Wondering if anyone has ordered a Cupra Born recently for a factory build order and been advised on current lead times? I received email from Cupra to advise order received last week and not sure what current lead times are just now - I am expecting to pick up the car in May this year.
official word from Cupra today that some models of Cupra are taking 3-11 months!!! I have been advised that a Cupra Born V2 should be 10-12 weeks..............counting down now
Hi I ordered my VZ on 30/12/24 and was told it should be here in March. Dealer confirmed it was at the port in Germany last week and that it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. I gather there was a shortage of heat pumps so that may delay some orders but I didn't bother with one.
So hopefully get it before the luxury car tax kicks in!
Hope you don't have to wait too long, I'm really happy with mine! It's brilliant to drive, and really punchy acceleration, makes everything "easy". Very confident and "planted" on the road.
That's good to hear that you are enjoying your car. It's funny as the Peugeot I have had (e208) was not a car I saw here in Aberdeen much but recently a Peugeot dealership opened up and I am seeing a lot more on the road.
I am looking forward to having a car that is not seen all over the place!! I have gone for white and hoping it will look as nice as I am hoping in real life
So mine was build week 46, which was week commencing 11th November 2024, and it arrived in the UK 22nd December. It took a week or so to make it over to the dealer, and then I collected it on 4th January 2025.
