Can't log into mycupra app

A few weeks ago when I tried to open app it looks like making a few attempts and then just goes back to login page
Thought it might have been my phone, Google pixel 7 so I replaced it with a new one which I was planning to do anyway, Samsung s24 but doesn't work on new phone either.
Then thought trying to start over again with registering new email address and trying that, it sends me the verification link and tells me I can now login, again, same problem just flickers and then back to login.

Any ideas here? Do I have to be in the car with it paired to the car infotainment or anything strange like that?

Just nothing seems to be working

Apart from that, love the car. Have just ordered a tavascan for January so will be a 2 cupra family but how am I going to have the app working for that one if I can't with the born?

Mine hasn't been working properly either lately. Interestingly I found it works on mobile data but not on my Wifi network... but nothing else has this problem with my Wifi. I raised a ticket with Cupra support.
