Hi. I have just set up by Born with intelligent Octopus and a Zappi charger. After a lot of fiddling I managed to get the test charge done and everything set up. I can't work out how to let the car charge overnight when Octopus activates it. The Zappi is set to Eco++, I plug the car in and after ~3 mins I get the message 'charging could not be started because the time response has expired' on my phone and the light on the car charge port goes red. I don't think the issue is the Octopus side as I get a message on their app saying a schedule is set for eg. 3am and then in the morning a message saying the charge has failed. I don't think I have any other charging schedules set up in the car or Zappi. Any ideas of how to set the car up so it will wait for the charge rather than giving the error message? Thank you.

Set the Zappi to "FAST" or it will not charge at the full 7KW rate. Only use eco++ if you have solar panels and not in conjunction with Octopus.
Do a search as there are several threads on here about Octopus and Zappi with a lot of good information.
