Mine is stuck offline too, which is extra annoying because now Octopus can't tell my car when to charge - will have to set up a manual schedule for now.
Mine is at least showing a 4G icon on the connection thing, but anything data related on the car is just dead.
App shows that car is in offline mode

Same here for me.
Frustrating as didn’t charge last night, am with Octopus.
If not fixed will revert to the timer to charge the car tonight.

Same here since yesterday afternoon, although it did go back online briefly when I plugged it in to charge last night, and again when I unplugged it which I found odd.
I set it to charge via the Ohme app to 80% and it did charge to that, so at least there was some communication with Ohme, Octopus and the car. Just hope it's a temporary issue with Vodafone as someone here mentioned.
UPDATE:
Turned Wi-Fi off and back on again this afternoon and everything seems to be back to normal and working fine .... Fingers crossed ha!

try pressing where it says online mode, and then toggling both switches off and leave them off until you see the 4G icon change to a strikethrough/no signal.
Then reactivate them both and accept the prompt.
Then try the app again - it may just refresh itself that way.
