App failure - service management glitch

I am at my wits end with the Cupra Born app…. With this cold snap all i want is to warm the cab up. It rarely works then randomly does. Keeps telling me it’s deactivated in the service management yet when i go into that setting it is showing as active.

Very frustrating now. Stuck in a PCP deal with a car which isn’t living up to it’s hype.

Try going into the Users section in the main menu, then Privacy, then toggle the settings on & off, even if they are showing as active.

I had similar the other day for the first time and this resolved it.

Mine did the same as Phope before the weekend and my fix was the same. Toggled data privacy on/off/on and things were OK. Used to do this a lot but first time since the SW update.
