I'm on my 4th board and thought I would write this up for any other Solo owners.
On today's visit they changed the RCBO that sits outside my house in an IP65 enclosue for a "better quality breaker" unit. The Electrician said he had changed a number of these rather than a new board and this had fixed the tripping problem other customers were having.
He took a look at my Solo to make sure there was no water ingress and confirmed that I have the latest board as fitted to the Solo 3
Although I'm on my 4th board and now 5th visit in 2 years I can't fault PodPoint's service.
Quick to respond from their Help Centre and quick to send someone out to Investigate/fix.
Just wish the install was a bit more reliable overall. Time will tell if this fix works.
