Hello everybody,
I signed me up on this forum because I’m a owner of a new Cuora Born.
Trying to connect the car and the MY CUPRA app but on the home page I can see only a blu car without any information about battery-temperature etc.
Similar view on my Mrs iPhone but she is listed/configured to the car as an 'additional user' and not the main user. I'm on Android and have all the features (well, all that appear on Android at least) and ability to mess around with charging etc.

Uninstall and reinstall to make sure you have the latest version
As far as I can tell, it does nothing other than allow only the primary user to charge and set certain parameters around charging, and gives nothing to the additional users.
Same in the car - changed a load of settings to tailor it for the Mrs using her key and her user profile and all of those changes seem to be universal to the car and not per user. Not sure of the point of a user profile per person.

Different point but app related
My app shows the range gently increasing in proportion to the time on charge and the range is entirely accurate/reasonable BUT as soon as the charge ends it puts something bizarre in the range section ( today it was 205mi @ 76%, but as soon as it stopped at 80% the range changed to 124mi, its a 77kw battery)
Anyone else??

Yup, long known bug - it's mis-converting between miles and km (you'll notice that 124 miles is more or less 200km) and reporting incorrect values when parked up. It always sorts itself out when driven, but gives entirely unpredictable values when parked up or on charge. It seems to happening less since 3.2.1, but you'll still see some daft values being reported:
I find it's accurate until I perhaps move the car e.g. moving it off the drive and not actually driving any distance. It'll turn read wrong until it's driven. To be honest, the app is terrible so you just have to live with its quirks. I don't expect much to change with it.
