Online lock & unlock function within app

App question - in my current VW and Skoda apps, as well as my old Audi app, there is online lock/unlock/flash lights/sound horn functionality - useful, if rarely used as I tend to remember where I parked

This was activated automatically in the Audi A4 with no fuss, required an online video call with VW to show ID before the function worked, and with Skoda, I needed to go to the dealership in person for them to update their back-end system with my ID.

However, it says this function is unavailable in the Cupra Born app.

Is this A) because the car just doesn't have these functions, or B) I need to pop down to the local CUPRA dealer for them to add my personal ID to the back-end system?

First world problem I know...
