I've got a Born V3 (Nov '22) and have started to have a few issues - any ideas ?

1. Twice the key wouldn't unlock/lock the car (tried the spare key, which I never use, and that didn't work either) - after ~10 minutes of trying the original key did eventually work.

2. The main screen has started to refuse to boot up, need to long press the power button to get it to work. Doesn't happen ever time, but sort of frequently now.

3. I'm on the Octopus Go EV tariff, I have the car's charge limit set to 100% and use the Octopus app to control the actual charge limit (usually 80%) - last two charges the car ignored Octopus and charged to 100% as soon as plugged in.

The car went in for its first service and software updates (although the system versions didn't change) in December last year.

My June 22 V2 has the same problem with keys lately re 1)
Did the same as you and tried the spare but nothing then after several attempts it worked.
I am also finding the message "key not detected" once I'm in the car. Once this week I had to get out, lock, reopen and get back in. Both fobs have had new batteries this year but they were cheap pound shop ones. Was wondering if that is connected with the issue.

I was surprised that key fob batteries needed to be changed in about 18 months from picking up the V3 Born. And I used quality batteries!
