Privacy Settings - Send Location Settings

When I go into Privacy Settings and then Send Location Settings. The switch is always in the OFF position. I can switch it ON but if I leave the car and then return the switch is again in the OFF position.
Is there a way to stop this happening or is it a software issue?

We have a similar issue. Ours remains 'on' for a seemingly random period; sometimes it will stay on for days, other times it'll go off during a trip. Not managed to work out any particular pattern to this. Dealer diagnostics never show any issues. Guess it may get fixed at some future software update. It's just annoying.

I had the same issue. I went to the garage, left my Cupra Born Copper v2 and at the end of the day Could collect my car again. Problem solved by switching the car back to factory standards. I could have done that myself but apparently they have no idea how to fix this in another way. So I don't know if the issue will stay fixed but for now it is.
Yes, I had to set everything back to my wishes even after getting my profile back from Cupra-ID. Now I have a new issue, somehow there is a S-PIN added to my account. No idea how or what. So next issue to solve.

Thank you for the replies, it’s good to know that I am not the only one with this issue and hopefully it will get resolved in a future software update. In the mean time I’ll keep monitoring it to see if any patterns eventually emerge.
