Midlands Dealer

I am Nottingham based and struggling to find a dealer who can deal with the x4 recalls I have. I assume the software update or the battery module test is the one causing the issue? Apparently need a dealer who has an ‘electrical technician’ but Seat customer services can’t tell me which dealers do. Nottingham and Derby have confirmed they can not do the work.

Does anyone know of a midlands dealer that can do the work?

Have you been in contact with Seat or Cupra customer service? I assume there is a difference.

Have contacted both but in reality they are Seat dealers. Also queried whether VW could do given same car as an ID3 but apparently not!

I had similar, the dealer I bought from in Northampton is a franchise and could do the camera calibration, I had to take it to Seat Milton Keynes, who then took it to Audi Northampton to do the calibration.

Bit annoying and I was without the car for a week, the Audi dealer is 10mins from home, but I had to drop it off and collect it from MK.

Very poor service all in all
