Folding mirrors

Hi, as winter is around the corner I was wondering if it's possible to stop the mirrors folding when locking the car, I prefer to leave them unfolded when it's really cold so as not to stress the motor

Interior Settings
Spin car around until viewing from the rear
Mirrors
Cupra Born, 77Kw, Silver, 20" Firestorm, Advance Pack, Beats, Heat Pump, Swiss Model.
