Battery condition status report?

I have a Born V1 but what is the difference with V3 software? My software update to 3.21 is scheduled for Nov. 29. Also, the battery cell recall. I am very curious to see a test report on the battery pack. Has anyone ever asked the dealer what is the charge cycle and battery condition of their battery cells? Do you get a report of this as well? Because this is not stored in a manufacturer's central system and it is not viewable as an owner, so with trade-ins you don't have a report. A cell phone has a battery condition status.
