A few dealers in Germany are claiming that the 3.5 OTA update will happen before the end of the year.

AFAIK the last OTA updates in Germany were rolled out only shortly before the UK.

So far nobody has been able to point out any obvious differences between 3.2.1 and 3.5 (from the factory). There are however promises of finally fixing the audio drop-outs/glitches that Beats has with DAB/Radio.

So I spoke to my dealership today about a couple of recalls and they told me they’d do the software update while they had it, and if it didn’t take they would replace a chip? No mention of any ota shenanigans. Also they estimated a max of 3 hours?
