I have a v2 58kwh eboost (Rayleigh Red) ordered via work lease. It was ordered in February and due to be delivered early August. I was notified that it had failed a pre-delivery check at the dealers as there was a fault with the heat pump. Apparently this has affected a lot of VW EVs and the dealer has been awaiting a replacement part for 3 weeks. This is on-going. Anyone else in the same boat? Also, I definitely never selected a heat pump as an extra when ordering the car so am mystified (unless this is not the same heat pump)!
