Not sure if anyone has spotted this yet, but Jonny from the Late Brake Show has taken the Born out for a road trip around England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland for a video on their YouTube channel.

EV road trip review: the 340-mile Cupra Born is the electric Golf GTi. The Cupra Born costs more than the VW ID.3 - the car it is based on - and it is available in two battery sizes, the larger of which (77kWh) promises 340 miles WLTP. So Jonny Smith embarked on a UK road trip from North Wales, across to Dublin (Ireland), up to Northern Ireland via the scenic route, then across to Scotland, finishing up in The Lake District (Northern England). There was fun to be had, and roads to be enjoyed, but what did he think of the Cupra Born?

Is the Born really more expensive than the ID.3 in the UK with equivalent options? For the most part it's the other way around here in Germany.

"but what did he think of the Cupra Born?" - I dunno, you tell us :P

Was an honest review with someone with EV ownership experience. Shame he did not have the Michelin Pilot 4 EV tyres, which are available with the 77kw V3.

Really don’t get the point, been to Leipzig and back.

Barcelona and back.

Both from Northamptonshire.

Planning Naples this summer.

Seems you all chose the Born, get on with with.
