Just bought a Cupra Born V1. Great car. Cupra suggested downloading the Easy Charging app and gave me £700 credit on it that can be used at certain public chargers. The only chargers that have worked are Ionity (not surprising as Volkswagen helped set up Ionity) - others that I have tried: Shell Recharge, EVpoint have failed with the app and/ or their RFID card. Any other experience with this app/card?

Any further experience for new owners? I ask as we have decided to acquire another V3 but on a lease this time.

Well, my Easy Charging app does not work at all any longer, the last update totally ruined that function, only RFID cards work.

Here in Sweden, it works with most CPO except Circle K and a few others that I do not remember.

It's not supposed to work anymore, it's functionality was rolled into the main Born app some months ago. You would have gotten an email about it in June or so, possibly several.
