Charging

Hi folks just got my Born today and trying to charge on my Rolec smart charger at home but the app shows not connected and therefor doesn’t charge.

My Zoe charges and my Mercedes A250e charges but struggling to figure it out.

Any tips for me as I’m now sitting at a public charger

Mine is having the same issue on and off.
It wouldn’t charge at my home charger, a local tethered and untethered chargers.
I left overnight and it was able to charge the next day.
Booked into Cupra garage but first slot not until early Nov.
Would be very helpful if you ever know what caused you issue.. please!

Just to add, has been working absolutely fine for months many different charger. The sudden inability to connect (sporadically) is a new issue.
