Yes he is selling them, like you I don’t do face tube but my better half showed me them today.

Might just be the light, but they look a little bit orange rather than Bronze to me - think i prefer them to be Silver. There's the very slight off-chance that they'll help protect against a very minor kerb scuff, but more likely the cut edges will attract muck over time (as did the clear stickers Audi applied to the wife's a1 in front of the rear wheel arches to prevent stone chip damage.
