I open the bonnet for all coding and haven’t had any problems.

Some VAG cars have historically required you to have the bonnet open when doing VCDS or OBD11 coding for it to stick. Even within the ID3/Cupra Born codings, the odd few changes seem to stick more reliably with the bonnet open, so does no harm to pop the bonnet before coding, just in case. Presumably the requirement is an extra layer of security by VAG, assuming that a key holder has opened the bonnet, rather than smashing a window to access the bonnet popping lever.

Will try & establish how much higher to lift this to enable fitment of space saver/jack as I haven't acquired one as of yet.
You have ordered the right boot liner? On the ID3 there are 2 variant shapes of the boot liner, one for ID3s with adjustable height boot and one for those without. I'm presuming there is no Born variant that comes with the adjustable floor standard fit, and therefore no official Cupra variable boot floor boot liner. Might be worth a check.

Just had a look - there is a "double floor" variant of the semi rigid boot liner, that'll be the one needed for the fitment of the false floor.
All fitted nicely & trimmed original carpet to fit.
Although when I came to slide boot liner into place fish brothers still sent incorrect liner  Image

Nice job, shame about the boot liner, that notch being a major giveaway! Looks like a nicer liner than the equivalent ID.3 item.

Rerb - hopefully you're sending that boot liner back?

Mudflaps - Check (although look to have more holes than the ID3 ones Betty B had, hence a pack of trim popper studs purchased).

FitcamX - Check

128 GB micro SD for above - Check

128 GB USB C Thumb drive for music - Check

Boot Floor - Deciding on

Spacesaver Wheel - Deciding on

Dog guard - Deciding weather to buy the ID3 one cos I can not see where there is a difference !

Boot liner for dog use - on hold until floor decided on.

Car ... DOH ! (just awaiting red tape).

Fitting Cam, unlock car, leave key in house and sit on passenger side to install ?
Any OBD11 inputs, bonnet open sat in driver seat ?

@ Savage I'm still buying too.
Just bought a wallbox pulsar plus to swap over my old podpoint as I wanted a Tethered charger, bought rubber mats as I'm killing my good ones with winter salt etc. Wanting mudflaps next but don't want to rivet them!!!!

Yep, rivet free, going to use these where it feels necessary/appropriate. widely available and inexpensive.

That's assuming I don't get the hump with the dealer before I get a car !
