So, bought my Born from Heritage Seat Bristol. Buying experience was fine, but the after service was nothing short of appalling and they just didn't care at all.
Therefore, moved across to Fish Brothers Seat in Swindon. Last service in October 2024 was a car crash of disorganisation. Got an apology because they were having 'technician issues'
Only thing picked up in the service was the rear tyres were getting low.
Went to get the tyres done today (ordered the tyres online) and they have lost the locking wheelnut adapter
I did what I ALWAYS do and left it on the front seat for them.
Never occurred to me they didn't put it back.
So, now stuck with no way of getting the wheels off and they just won't answer the phone.
Love my Born. But NEVER a Seat/Cupra again just because of the dealers.
Why are dealers SO useless?

4 unanswered phone calls and a left message.... no reply.
So drive the near 2 hr round trip over to the service dept. Wasn't happy, but tried to be polite.
Girl at the desk says they never use the customers locking nut adapters, as they have their own.
She goes out the back to the mechanics (I use that term loosely). 15 minutes later, returns with a box full of customers locking nut adapters
'These are adapters that have been found in our workshop'. Yea... we don't use the customers adapters..... really
Oh, he probably used your adapter because he checked the brake fluid. Wait.... what?
Anyway, my adapter was in the box.
Idiots

You need to relax a bit I think, have a hand shandy or something.

Why should I relax? Lost half a days work to these idiots
Halfords lost my locking wheel nut key, the Seat Garage I use for maintenance (which I can't fault) charged me £150 to replace them, which I thought was reasonable considering.
Funnily enough I popped into Heritage Cupra for a chat when I was passing through Bristol before my car was delivered and was having issues with the Cupra dealer in Kent and they assured me they have a very good reputation for customer service!

Laughable... 4 days later, some girl from the dealer returned my initial call and asked what I wanted. The message I left them told them the issue. Brilliant.
Apparently, because Nissan, VW and Seat have rolled their workshop into one shared building, they don't have enough phone lines.
Well... not going back there, so one less caller
