That looks like the OUL9 update based on the 215 minutes install time, which is what people on born-forum.de were also seeing.

BTW the 215 minutes duration displayed is the same for everyone, it doesn't depend on your network speed.

2023 Cupra Born, 77kWh eBoost, 5 seats, Aurora Blue, 19" Copper Typhoon, Pilot L + TPA, Tech L w/SAFE, AR-HUD.
OTA Parked in pay and display car park thinking the download would be quick agreed to and went shopping came back 3:00pm still going? Video called Cupra Assist tried many things told me to call AA. They AA came at six by then message from car saying download had failed all that was working was the doors locks, aircon, and heating. Sent for full recovery which took hours finally got home at 1:15 am. Next day organised for the car to be taken into dealer and received loan car.
Why does it not tell you how long it is expected to take??
Cupra assisted were brilliant all the way through.

I started the update last night, this morning the app is showing it as unlocked, door open and the heating on. I thought I would unlock it and lock it again to see if that reset it but the key wouldn't work! Eventually managed to unlock it but the app is still wrongly showing it unlocked and the heating on!

V3 58kwh e-boost in Quasar gray.
My phone app was also showing the car unlocked. I went out and checked, and it was actually locked, thank goodness.
In my case it unlocked without trouble, and when I re-locked it the app then displayed the correct status.
Overall though, this software update shows just how far short of the mark VW's developers still are.
In my case, the update initially showed up on the screen, but by the time I'd got my stuff out of the car the message had gone. I has to drive the car up and down the road for it to reappear!
Then, it was totally unclear how to start the installation - clicking the displayed message did nothing. It was only because I read these forums that I realised that the lights needed to be switched from Auto to Off. There was no info on the screen to say so.
Then it allowed me to start the install. Once I'd clicked and then left and locked the car as instructed, there was no indication that the install was proceeding, either on the screen or in the phone app.
This morning, there was no indication that the install was complete, until I go into the car and put it 'in gear'.
Dreadful!
