Hey all

Now I know we have the assistance button on the ceiling of the car.... how long does this 'Live assistance' cover last?

Can't find it anywhere in the paperwork with regards to what is covered (if anything) by Cupra/dealer.

Bought the car last October. Does it have UK recovery for a year, 2 years.... length of ownership?

I also have AA recovery through my bank account, and I am trying to trim up outgoings and this might be an unnecessary over-lapping expense.

Thanks

Why do you always find it after posting....

Any new CUPRA purchased and registered in the
UK from an authorised CUPRA Retailer, is covered
free by CUPRA Assistance (including European
cover) for roadside repairs or recovery to an
authorised repairer for a term of two years.
Terms and conditions apply.

My Cupra Assistance is coming up to 2 years now - 14 days to go. I haven't had notice to renew assistance, does anyone know if this is something we need to request or if the renewal is sent out to us? Anyone know how much it is to assess if AA is going to be cheaper?

I renewed my insurance with Aviva Zero which has specific EV breakdown cover including for flat battery.

Another reason I insured with them was that you could have a low excess, most other insurers have £600+ excess minimum.
