Born has 7 speakers now

I’ve just been on the cupra born website and done a build and it says it has 7 speakers now not 5. I’m due for a delivery in October so hopefully I’ll get 7 speakers not 5!

Sounds like rear speakers to me, shame I missed out on that.

Weirdly enough the ID3 still just states 'Speakers in front'

Just received my V1 today - build date was sometime in August and I can confirm that it does have functioning rear speakers !! Which I am very happy about.
I've been regretting not spec'ing the beats pack ever since I ordered in Jan so this was a nice surprise, (although should have been standard right from the beginning)

I’m glad to hear that you got the rear speakers. Out of interest are they the small ones placed next to the door handles and at the bottom of the door? So one in each front doors and two in each rear doors and the one on the dash?
Hopefully when I get mine I get rear speakers too!

We have just got a new V2. I thought the 7 speakers included one each in the rear doors. However there is no sound from the rear. Dealer says you only get rear speakers with Beats. Are they right. (Can't really tell if there are actually speakers in the rear doors although the grill is there. ) Not sure where the 7 speakers are if not.

If there's no sound from the rear then there are no rear speakers. The rear doors have the grilles, but no speaker in them.

If your car has rear speakers then the Balance / Fader control should allow you to move the sound front to back as well as side to side. In my car it's only side to side (balance).

My car has rear speakers. Ordered May I think and was in the country for August
