To stay on topic, the Tech M packages specifically add 1. Car2X (very questionable value due to low adoption rates and competing standards), 2. Kessy Advanced and 3. the wireless charging module in the centre console that also amplifies the GPS and mobile signals thanks to a secondary amplifier and antenna:

If you want a wireless charger, you can simply order a 3rd party charger which is simple to install.

Yawn. Not relevant to the Born.
I've had KESSY cars for about 10 years and never known anyone have one stolen. Sure, it happens but more often it's home invasion and stealing keys which is worse.

Agenda? Simply to correct misinformation that, as you said, "most (if not all) manufacturers have changed technology". I showed my sources, namely ADAC's research.
Kessy was vulnerable to relay attacks until they introduced movement sensors in the keys in 2019 - which was only a stopgap - then finally UWB (Kessy Advanced) four years ago.
