Connected to this - does anyone have experience of the Dynamic Chassis Control compared to standard suspension?
Does it provide a 'softer' setup in Comfort mode?

Perrys were rubbish, now booked in elsewhere for 7 September. Will update after that.

Gonna tip in from Denmark, had mine for 14 days, and i've also noticed this! My Born has done 2900 km, to me it sounds like a worn damper or top damper mount / bearing.

Will probably wait a month or two, before I book any workshop times, just to see if any other problems might come along.

The car was inspected yesterday and they told me the issue was a faulty/broken anti-roll bar drop link on the front nearside. The parts are on order and the car will go in for a couple of days in early October. All under warranty. They also did a set of general checks and the car is generally in good working order (bought in October 22). Hope this helps anyone with a similar issue.

I've got the same type of rattling problem with my wife's car (58 kwh). It's been back to the Crewe dealership twice now but they can't find the problem and haven't fixed it. They stuffed insulation under the dash which initially made the rattle seem quieter but now it is worse than ever.

Hi,

I've just joined this forum so I might be a bit late joining this conversation but just thought I would mention that I had a knocking noise develop from the front off side wheel 2 weeks after collecting the car. Turned out to be the shock absorber and the dealer who changed it told me it was the worst failed shock they had ever seen.

Ive had my Born for 3 weeks now and Ive also got a knocking noise when driving over imperfections in the road. It only appears to happen on the passenger side. The soonest Lookers of Stockport can look at it is 16 January!

Another thing, the walk away locking seems to be a bit hit and miss, is there something I should be doing when I leave the car?

Yes. Touching the outside of the door handle on the indentation, because the car does not have walk away locking.
