Internet radio deactivated

We've had the car for almost 2 months now and have never been able to use the internet radio as it always says it's deactivated, but I've never deactivated it.

Does anyone know how to activate the internet radio function please?

Either you have to pay for a data subscription to Cupra's online data partner Cubic Telecom (afaik this is available in the UK) or you have to connect the vehicle to your mobile and use its cellular data services.
