I hope you can help me with the following;
It is possible to turn the volume low automatically when you open your door. However, the setting only works one time. As soon as I get in my car again, the setting is off and the volume stays the same when I open my door. Very annoying.
Does anybody know how to make the setting stay as set?

That's one of the two settings mine forgets (the other is steering wheel heating off) and it's running what I think is the latest software (3.1). Cupra digital support refuse to engage on the matter and have referred me to customer services, who have no idea and have referred me to my dealer. Buggy software is one thing, poor support is an additional pain!

cupradigitalsupport tell me they only support the app and it’s communication with the car and my heated steering wheel and volume settings issues are car-based, so I need to contact a dealer about those.
Update.
Due to the many issues I had with my car from the start, the support dealer had the car for 2 days in May and it lacked all essential updates. Apparently when the car tells you it has an update you need to switch off all things that seem to be off. In my case lightning. So when you lock your car and the lights are off, their sensors are still active on the background so the update does not start.
After the updates almost all my issues were gone except for the volume when opening the door (this topic) and the sphere lightning that still switches to other colors than I choose.
The positive side is that my milage has improved from 260KM/100% charge to 350KM/100% charge. Still disappointing overall but improved.
Coming week I will bring the car for a 2 hour check-up (no idea what that means) and I will again bring up the volume and sphere lightning issue. Maybe now there is a fix.
