App shows that car is in offline mode

Hi all! Today the MyCupra app all of a sudden said that my car is in offline mode. I have checked in the car and it displays that it is in online mode, but no online services are working (Shop, sync, etc.). I have tried to set it to offline mode, but the icon still shows the car in online mode even if both options under privacy is turned off. Is changes from the icon that shows online + position mode to the icon that shows online mode. But it does not change to the icon that shows offline mode even if both toggles are turned off.
It says that it was last synced on Thursday (12th og September), but I did use the app during the weekend and I was then able to see where the car was parked and did not have a message showing that it is in offline mode.
I have also checked that there is no updates available to download and install.
Has anyone any solution for this? I have not tried a factory reset because I hope there will be another solution to this.
The few times this has happened earlier it has helped to switch to offline mode and than online mode again in the car, but unfortunately not this time.
It is a 2022 Cupra Born 58 kwh and I bought it from a dealership in April this year.
I hope anyone have a solution for this In advance, thank you very much for your help.

I've had this quite a few times. Usually find it corrects itself by the next day or so (could just be after the car is next driven, I've not tracked it closely enough to see when it exactly started working again). Frustrating when it happens on a cold morning and you can't preheat the car! Hasn't impacted my overnight charging though.

I have the same problem. My app show the status on sept. 17 of my car as engine on and car locked. So it stopped during driving the car.
MyCupra showed that the car was in offline mode, I looked in the car, but everything was set correctly.
The only Message that I could find in the car was that although the car was set in online modus the car was not able to connect to the internet.
I called Cupra support, but no solution was given. Only advise to go to a dealer. The dealer said wait and maybe solves itself automatically otherwise bring the car for a day to do a compete check and maybe we find some solution. Nog guarantee, I have to pay. So I consider a software reset, but I don't know what the reset exactly will do. I know to do a reset via the infotainment system, but I don't know what a reset will do with the current settings.
The car works fine, but I cann't use MyCupra.

I have set the car to offline modus and look what will happen. The icon is not changed, so it shows that the car is connected.
I hope somebody knows how to solve this problem.

I am happy to tell you that the problem in my car is solved.
I don't know of my actions had that result or that de problem just after some time disappeared bij itself.
I dit the following actions:
1. I switched off the online modus Saturday afternoon. The icon did not change right away and nothing changed. I did not use the car on Sunday and Monday Morning the icon was correct. I changed the online modus again and the icon changed after around half an hour. And the MyCupra app worked again. So solved.
I have contacted Cupra NL, get Monday a reply with only a answer that said nothing more than talk with the servicepartner. So hardly to say that it was helpful.
So I hope that this can be helpful for you too.

My 2022 Born V2 58kwh eco-boost regularly goes into offline mode. Generally just the second setting turned off (where you have to agree), but sometimes both settings under privacy. I just enable it again and it works again straight away. Seems to be random when it does this. Dealer has no idea as no errors show up in diagnostics. All they can say is that a future software update may fix it!

The app is just horrible, cant use the charging section anymore, can only use the RFID card to charge
