Having exactly same issue tonight, everything in car is set correctly but shows 'E' instead of '4G' as usual. Presumably this must be an issue with Cupra, fingers crossed it's sorted soon.jerryhawkins wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2025 5:03 pm Just been to the car to re-enable send-data again, but it is set correctly and the status on the display just shows an 'E' instead of '4G'. Tried disabling and re-enabling the send-data setting but this hasn't worked. Wondering now if Cupra are having issues at their end. Will just have to wait and see if it comes back tomorrow.

I have also encountered this problem this evening. Wanted to preheat car but app said vehicle is offline. Went to car to check it was online, as it always has been- car IS online but infotainment system is showing an E where the connectivity icon is in top right of screen- next to notifications.
Any help gratefully received as I’ve chucked away the ice scraper- never needed one after buying the Born!! (Forecast for -6°C tonight!)

As mentioned in my previous post, this is exactly the problem I'm having this evening. There appears to be quite a few of us displaying 'E' for some reason, it definitely appears to be an issue with Cupra Connect system- hopefully it's resolved quicklyRonnyHotDogs wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2025 6:18 pm I have also encountered this problem this evening. It appears to be a Vodafone data network issue - the SIM in the car connects to the Vodafone network for data connectivity to VW servers.
If the connection is lost, then your car can't talk to the servers.
Vodafone users all across Europe are reporting various service incidents at the moment from approx 2pm UK time onwards.

I first noticed mine was offline at 3pm, still showing as offline now so it won’t charge overnight using Octopus…I parked up at 3pm and the car was continually trying to ring for assistance, but couldn’t get through as was offline, no idea what initiated that either!

Thank you,
It's been driving me nuts, thought it was another "quirk" of my car,
now if someone could tell me how to get the interior lights to work as they should, rather than when they feel like it,it will be a good start to 2025
