Just checked mine, online in the car, offline on the app.
Plugged in and now showing online on the app and I was able to stop charging remotely.
Octopus has not created a schedule so resorted to in car charge setting.
Only because I am 9% and I need to go out in the morning.
App shows that car is in offline mode
Update... actually it's sorted itself it seems. It stopped charging last night too shortly after I plugged in which has happened a number of times before, I'm not sure if that's linked. Not ideal when I often leave at 3.30AM for a 280mile trip south
Morning
Is this fixed now?
Took delivery of my new Born Thursday afternoon and I couldn’t log on in the car as the primary user.
Called CUPRA who said the servers were down with no ETA on the fix.
Not a great first impression as a brand new user!
Not been out to the car yet this morning to see if I can log in.
Many thanks

I'm having same problems since thursday 9th and still continuing now! I've tried reset etc and just no go. My patience is wearing thin! It is doing my nut in and just so fed up with it all especially dealing with technology and apps to keep a car going!
This winter spell has just proved how electric cars are not upto scratch compared with their petrol versions. Trying to stay warm in the car is hard work not without drastically reducing the mileage on the car!
To be honest, along with other issues, I've had enough of 'electric' cars but I'm stuck with the Cupra (or any other elctric vehicle it may of been) for now, but eventually it is going to be history and I'm going back to petrol. I want something it does exactly says on the tin with no 'apps' involved!! Sorry for rant but I have really had enough!
(edit: Sun AM 12/1 - Totally out of the blue last night about 23:00hrs, it came back 'online' but to have this issue for 48 hours is unacceptable sadly).

I think an update was rolled out before the holiday. That or the servers were down. I have lost range and door status' which I had previously for the last 2 weeks. If you have not please raise a support call with Cupra Digital - more people do they will then know there is a problem. Email cupradigitalsupport@cupraofficial.com detail the issue and include your VIN.
I also have a HomeAssistant dashboard and that is showing some entities as Unknown, so SOMETHING has changed. I setup an Alexa routine to respond to "Is the car charged" and it replies with battery status. Now my domestic financial advisor doesnt have to keep asking me "Do we have enough charge to get to..." on a daily basis
