Re: OBDeleven Travel Assist

Quick update, I just had a look at assisted parking but it won’t accept, did find this in front assist though. One more question: is Travel_Assist listed as deactivated because you deactivated? Or is that reporting incorrectly? Pardon the seemingly odd question but you didn't mention deactivating i...

Did your previous coding change the Capacitive_Steering_wheel bit or are you under the impression yours actually shipped with that option?

At least in the EU that's not allowed due to safety regulations. Not sure about the UK though.

Re: Anyone managed to order yet?

In Germany, some people have been waiting up to 8 weeks for it to arrive at the dealer after it "leaves" the factory. No kidding.

Supposedly many of the transport trailers wait until they have a full load to a particular destination before actually picking up vehicles from the factory.

Re: OBDeleven Travel Assist

It's equally possible that Betty W has has a firm grip on the steering wheel that provides enough force feedback to disable the intervention warnings. @Betty W - what's your impression? Are we talking about a light touch with fingertips which would be just enough to trigger a capacitive sensor? Or a...

@Betty W

Nice tip about the screen protectors!

Re. cams: Not sure about UK laws but in Germany that type of monitoring isn't allowed due to privacy laws.

Re: e-Boost 230 PS vs 204 PS

Wow, you hit it lucky to catch one in stock like that. I ordered the non e-boost version with Pilot XL in January and will be lucky to receive it by September.

AFAIK it's because all Borns with Pilot XL will only begin production in July, maybe even August.
