Re: Entry/exit lights
Ooh tell me more! I must say, I think they would look fab. The car deserves them if that makes sense? Can you buy them separately do you know? I got a genuine set from a VW dealer on ebay, only paid about £50. I have seen aftermarket ones for around £20, I think. Pretty straight forward to fit, if ...

Re: Entry/exit lights
Its fab. As I said earlier, it was on my Leon and I just took it for granted the Born would have it too 🤔 I also had the dynamic indicators which the born doesn't have either. Oh well 😞 I've fitted some of the dynamic indicators in the wing mirrors that I had previously on my iD.3. A big improvemen...

Re: My new Born
Dropped the Born off at the garage to get the rain sensor sorted, hopefully it's a quick turn around, as I think I've turned in to a car snob! Got a 21 plate Ibiza FR loaner.... what a POS! It drives like a bag of spanners!

Re: Just delivered!
The cubic hotspot will be a data subscription so people can use the car as a WiFi hotspot.
With everyone having mobile phones and data, pretty pointless IMO, but obviously might be useful for some people's use cases.

Re: Transport Blocks
I would say the main thing is definitely the noise, it really sounds like you're damaging something in very normal driving conditions sometimes. When you say noise, how would you describe it? I'm starting to get a bit paranoid that the transport pucks have been left in mine now! Between 25 to 50mph...

Re: Centre Arm Rest
I find the arm rest fine for me, I must either have a longer than average upper arm, or shorter than average body 🤪 When people are talking about a 'wedge' to raise the armrest height, do you mean as it it was opened slightly, so it's on a slope, rather than being flat when it's closed? I might have...

Re: Tyre wear Information
I contacted Bridgestone direct, they’ve said the come with 6mm tread new rather than the usual 7/8mm but it’s a special rubber blend specifically designed for EVs so should get the same lifespan as a normal tyre - 10/15k so I’m wondering if there’s just a bad batch of tyres knocking about getting l...

Re: Tyre wear Information
I got mine July, currently just over 7500 miles so possibly one of the higher mileage borns. On 18 inch wheels with Bridgestone tyres, rears are down to wear bars and fronts are around 1mm off the wear bars. Awaiting a booking slot with the dealership to investigate the below average wear, dealer b...

Re: Typhoon alloy copper stickers
Version 1, hopefully slot in to the gap at the back of the central armrest and hold a phone landscape so the two monsters can watch together.
