Mine is the same, never had this issue with my old Ateca though. But yeah, can keyless lock but not unlock now it’s gotten cold.

I'll stick with ODB11 for now, but I'd love to know what settings are in that dongle, and if its still shows the same errors afterwards.

Thanks, for this, I also found that annoying, especially as I managed to break the usb-c adapter that comes with the Cupra cable already. Stupid port placement if you ask me.
