Re: Slow DC Charging Speeds
I doubt there’s an issue with your car. I’ve never seen speeds much higher than that, including on 350kw chargers, which are way above the 125kw max speed of the 58kWh or 135kw on the 77kwh battery cars (which do charge faster for longer). The speed you get on a charge will depend on the SoC and te...

Slow DC Charging Speeds
Hi everyone,
This evening was my first time using a public fast charger. I’ve used one of the Gridserve 350 KWh chargers. The problem is the car only seemed to charge at a maximum speed of 50 KWh. Has anyone else seen this before, I’m concerned there’s a problem with the car?
Thank you!

Re: Real life range
My 58kwh v2 is getting ~210 miles from 100% charge at the moment. Does anyone know how this compares in the current weather? I’m worried it’s looking on the low-side and if something is wrong with the car?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if auto air recirculation turned ON will improve the efficiency whilst heating and AC is turned on?

Battery Pre-Heat & Overnight Electric Tariff
Hi everyone, I’m currently with Octopus Go where they have the discounted electricity rate between 12:30 and 04:30. The schedule is controlled via my PodPoint charger too and not via the Cupra app. I’m wondering how would the Cupra battery pre-heating work via the app schedule? If I’ve understood co...

How do you know if the charger is working at the lower speed then intended?

Re: Best way to defrost Born remotely
Personally, I'm just using the app (OK, I'm using Home Assistant via the app's backend API, but it's the same difference practically!) and it's mostly pretty reliable. I'm not connecting the car to my home WiFi (is there a reason you are doing this?) and it typically wakes up every few minutes (no ...
